Flannery Exchange

ABOUT US

Located in the heart of Palm Springs’ uptown design district, Flannery Exchange is a mixed-use space providing desert guests and residents the opportunity to work, play, shop, dine, and celebrate. From the team behind Acme House Company, the new co-working space invites travelers to extend their stay in the desert by adding remote workdays to their trip. Flannery Exchange was created to share the love of Palm Springs and the creative energy of the desert with digital nomads, entrepreneurs, and “bleisure” travelers who crave an inspired workspace, surrounded by a community of like-minded people.

About

Architecture & Design

A Year-Long Transformation

In collaboration with Solterra Builders, Flannery Exchange was conceptualized designed by Founder Mike Flannery, and consisted of a year-long makeover of the existing space. A creative hub where art, wellness, and social engagement meet, Flannery Exchange reflects the creative ideas and energy that live in the desert community.

The Interior

With a focus on sophisticated comfort, the mixed-use space impresses with handpicked accessories, custom-built furniture, and pops of color and texture, paying homage to the region’s adoration for mid-century architecture and design. Encapsulating a quintessential Palm Springs vibe throughout, guests will find floor-to-ceiling glass panels, wood-adorned walls, fur-lined furniture, statement light pieces, and neon-colored patio chairs.
