Event Space

To Know before Inquiring:

• We respond to online inquiries efficiently. Phone calls are not accepted, we are remote managed and no onsite or sales staff are available.
• Event Space is managed by Lulu Catering In Palm Springs.
  • You may start the process with Flannery Exchange to verify availability and/or pricing for your date. We will respond if you provide Date, Event type, and number of attendees, with availability and cost for the space only.
  • If you have any more questions past pricing and availability, or would like to start with Lulus vs us, please click here and fill out their form.
• We are unable to respond to inquiries where Lulus catering is not the event manager. Please understand there are no exceptions to this policy.
• Prices will vary depending on Number of attendees, day of week & time of year.
  • To give you some preliminary guidance though, here are some ranges:
    • Space rental cost ranges for weekdays off-season at $1,000 to a high of Saturday in March the busiest time of year for $4,500
    • Additional Cleaning/damage deposit of $500, where whatever is not used, will be refunded. Minimum clean $100.
    • Lulus minimum catering/bar package is $2,500
• Space Rental Includes:
  • Adjacent lobby with plentiful bathrooms
  • Gorgeous chef’s kitchen
  • Plentiful free open parking
  • Fiber Optic wifi
  • Misters and Stereo system
  • Deck string lights for night time events
  • Tables and Chairs, sofas, barstools, which you can see in the Virtual tour of the space. Lulus can augment or change out furniture for a cost.
